Comprehensive Condition-Information-Based Risk Assessment Method for Power Transmission Line

Abstract The traditional risk assessment methods do not adequately consider the specific operating environment and characteristics of a power transmission line. Therefore, new method considering information comprehensive conditions is proposed in this paper. First, model designed via statistical based on preceding failures defects Then, quantization processes state parameters components line are formed to get results historical failure information. These probability meaning. Finally, influences age equipment line, position service time, working condition grid value analyzed. An empirical example shows that suggested can predict risks lines offers way for maintenance scheduling replacement.
